This preview offers an advanced experience of the devices with the help of dedicated Galaxy Specialists who will showcase the unique new features, including the rich tone HDR camera, finger print recognition and Heart Rate Monitor.

Samsung Experience Stores, mobile carrier stores and key retailer stores across 61 countries will have demo devices on hand for consumers to experience. The devices are available for a special first look in five countries today: Austria, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Taiwan and the United States. The remaining 56 markets will be active including Brazil, China, Germany and the United Kingdom next week.

The Galaxy S5, Samsung’s newest flagship smartphone, combines an advanced camera, the fastest network connectivity, dedicated fitness tools and enhanced device protection features to deliver the ultimate mobile experience to the market. The device was announced during the Samsung UNPACKED 2014 presentation on February 24 as part of the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, and will be available for purchase both in Jamaica and globally on April 11, 2014.

Samsung also announced three new additions to the Gear series at Samsung UNPACKED : The Gear 2, Gear 2 Neo and Gear Fit. The Samsung Gear 2 and Gear 2 Neo offer consumers enhanced connectivity and a completely integrated approach for the most personal wearable experience. The Samsung Gear Fit, featuring the industry’s first curved Super AMOLED display, offers the unmatched convenience of Samsung Gear technology with the most comprehensive fitness tools available today, enabling consumers to stay physically active without sacrificing personal style or mobile connectivity.

These devices will also be available (locally and globally) on April 11.
